Bags on the way but experiencing delays

Hello! Forgetmiso here.
Thank you everyone for being patient on the Poppy calico + Sakura White bag Kickstarter. I wanted to write this update post to unfortunately inform that the shipping will be delayed.
The bags are completed and was being shipped to me but it seems that it has been experiencing issues with delays. According to my manufacturer and what their shipping agent told her, "There is an overwhelm of packages at the warehouse so scanning is taking a while."
Unfortunately that means I do not know where the package is at the moment other than "somewhere in the US," while waiting it to be scanned and given to the proper shipping company, Fedex.
This has been frustrating to deal with but I was promised the packages were not lost. However this means shipping the packages from me to you will not be happening in late May-early June as planned.
It's uncertain at this point for when the packages will arrive but I'm truly hoping soon. I will keep you guys updated but for now I'll be pushing back shipping dates by a month or 2!
If there is a worst case scenario I will let you guys know and try figuring out refunds.

I have sent out some smoke test surveys to test out my backer kit forms. Not everyone will receive those, but if you do, please fill it out and pay for the shipping fees <3.
If it goes well, all surveys will be sent on October 10th. My preorder store is also open if any friends want to catch up on the early preorder who missed out on the campaign.
